This October, we have been honoured to get awarded for the retail chain of stores project, “Mister Baker“ at the International Property Awards Dubai in association with Salice at The Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah Hotel.
Mister Baker is UAE’s top bakery chain, specializing in creating memorable celebration experiences. From humble beginnings in 1990 from 2 friends who recognised the gap in the market, Mister Baker has grown and expanded in all of the 7 Emirates, having today a network of 18 stores.
Mister Baker trusted STIRIXIS Group‘s experts to upgrade its concept, redesign its strategy and revive the store’s image. After having worked closely with its management to clarify and redefine the strategic objectives as well as to plan the investment at hand and its expected return, we then designed the store concept and defined the experience the customers should gain and remember.
We should not omit to mention that the International Property Awards Dubai are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region and we could not receive the award without the presence of our “fellow travellers” in this creative adventure – the Mister Baker’s management team.
We have already designed and delivered 8 stores of the chain and we are currently working tirelessly to evolve the concept.
