On a glamorous night on the 22nd of September, the International Property Awards were presented to the best property professionals across Africa and the Middle East, at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai. Stirixis Group was awarded for both the African and Arabian regions, for the Office Interior Design of A.G. Leventis’ Headquarters in Nigeria, and for the Retail Design of Diet Watchers’ chain in Saudi Arabia.

A.G. Leventis, the leading manufacturing and distribution corporation in Nigeria and West Africa, appointed Stirixis Group to design the new headquarters’ office, reflecting its long history, values and vision towards the future. The project’s challenges laid in accommodating the offices in open plan, avoiding at the same time the typical cell format. Diet Watchers, the famous Saudi Arabian Diet Clinic and Retailer for diet food, assigned to Stirixis Group the launch its new retail concept design for all clinics and stores across the region. Based on this impressive awarded concept, Stirixis Group has redesigned up to now three of the existing stores and two clinics. Read more about the project here.
